It's a 'silent' short films festival (no audible dialogue or voice-overs), open to professionals and amateurs.

It's a non-profit project, with the support of social organizations and private sponsors who offer products or services as prizes of the festival.

It's a festive proposal which aims are promoting the creation of shortfilms, offering visibility to those pieces which are far from being included in the commercial circuits and providing a participative cultural proposal involving the social tissue near the festival.
